Our process for cleaning rugs
When you hire our family business, your rug gets treated like one of our own. Our shop was designed specifically for the cleaning process below:
- Inspect your rug and determine its overall condition
- Dust and vacuum both sides to remove all dry soils
- Pre-treat and gently scrub your rug with a refreshing textile detergent
- Apply a pet enzyme treatment, as needed, if your rug has been exposed to pet urine
- Thoroughly rinse, pH balance, and squeegee until clear water runs from your rug
- Extract any remaining moisture
- Allow your rug to dry on our stainless drying rack with air-movers and dehumidifiers
